Andrew Baldwin is an established glass artist who excels in skilfully blown glass works. He has received many awards, including the Australia Council for the Arts, New Work Award.
While working in Japan Andrew became fascinated with the use of detail as a significant means of expression. In his ‘graded stages’ series the details are the central storytelling element. The simplicity of the piece allows each angle and point to play a role in the conversations between forms.
