Kevin Gordon

Born in Norway in 1968, Kevin immigrated to Scotland and then to Australia in 1980. His skills in working with glass developed through the influence of his parents, Rish and Alasdair Gordon, both leading glass engravers/artists of international standing.

Working with glass for 20 years his techniques have continued to develop, firstly working with architectural glass until 1995, and since then he has been working as glass artist/designer working with glass blowers, initially in Victoria.

Kevin has exhibited extensively abroad at high profile exhibitions such as Collect, Saatchi Gallery and Art London and his work is collectable both in Australian and overseas. He has been a finalist multiple times in the Ranamok Glass Prize and for the Tom Malone Prize.

Kevin uses his glass making techniques to provide specialists urns at Urns for Ashes.
