Denise was the 2009 Ausglass ‘Vicki Torr Prize’ winner and a selected finalist in the Tom Malone Prize and Ranamok Glass prize in 2010. Fundamentally a glass artist, specializing in pâté de verre glass casting, Denise also exhibits at Cottesloe ‘Sculpture by the Sea’.

In Denise’s words, “I interpret design and form as a commentary of our emotional response to objects adding ornamentation in their exaltation. Glass is challenging and I aim to exhibit intricate and crafted sculptures recreating intricate designs in colour and textures.”
